Bad Phone

Yesterday Bob's work phone stopped working at about 3:30. He staid on the work system until 3:45 hoping it would come back on, but when it did not, he shut down the computer and called the phone company on the house phone.  Funny thing is that the work phone is a land line and the house phone is VoIP.  Bob says you would think if one of them was going to go out it would be the VoIP.  Anyways, the phone company told him they would send someone to our area to check the main box, but they would not be able to get there until around 5:45.  Then they told him to check the line at 6:30 and if it was still down to call them back.  Then when he checked it was working again so he did not have to call them.
