Missing Keyboard

King Obsidian likes to walk on Bobs' computer keyboard when there is no one at it, and a couple of weeks ago he accidentally caused the converting of a video file to be aborted, so Bob has started closing the keyboard in the closet when the computer is busy. I usually don't have a problem with this, but this morning I wanted to do my post early and I couldn't because there was no keyboard.
