Queen Munchkin here,
Last night I jumped onto Bob's side of the bed and went around his head and down between him and Monika. Once I laid down, Bob reached down to pet me but I was too far down, so all he could reach was the base of my tail. He calls that my butt up button, because when ever he pets or scritches it I just have to raise my butt in the air. I can't help it.

A couple of us are the same way. Sometimes, all Dad can reach is the end of the tail once we raise up that way, so that is what he tickles.
