Back Yard Visitor

Last night Queen Munchkin spotted a visitor in our back yard. He was a big brown and black tabby and he didn't run away when Bob and Monika came to look. Bob said that he might belong to our neighbor, who lets his cats go out side when they want. I don't know why any cat would want to go out side without their humans. There's all kind of bad buggies, and animals out there. Not to mention all the four wheeled monsters that carry the humans around.
