Bob's Funny Bottle

When Bob came home he went to the sink and poured water out of a funny bottle then he put the cover back on and pushed the handle in and out on it a few times. Then he pointed the little hose on it into the sink so I jumped up to watch what he was doing. I could have sworn I saw water spraying out of it, but then he pointed it at my face and I felt air blowing out of it. It felt funny so I kept shaking my head, but I staid there hoping more water would come out.
