Sleepy Pet

Bob was sleeping late this morning so I tried to wake him up to get our treats. He told me he wasn't ready to wake up yet, so about half an hour later I got King Obsidian to go wake him up. That worked just fine. I'll have to remember that. *smirk*

Late Pet

Bob has come home from work late 2 days in a row now. How am I supposed to play with him if he isn't home? *pout*

Tub Tag

I was playing tag with Queen Munchkin last night and she jumped into the tub, so I kept trying to tag her from outside the tub and she tagged back from inside. Bob was watching us and laughing. He told Monika we were playing tub tag. *smile*

Scared Kitten

The kitty that looks like me came into the driveway today, and Monika took the rope out to see if it would play with her. It started following the end of the rope a little, but then she shook it out towards the kitten and it got scared and ran away. I guess it thought she was trying to hit it.

Seeing Off My Favorite Pet

I saw Monika getting ready to leave and ran over to say good bye. She came over and pet my belly, then picked me up to cuddle a little. *smile*

Playing With Bob

I snuck into the bathroom before Bob this morning and got him to give me belly rubs before he shaved. He played with me for about 5 minutes, then said he had to get ready for work, and got his razor out of the cabinet. I sat and watched him shaving to make sure he didn't miss anything. I'm still mystified as to why he doesn't keep his fur though.

Book Browsing

I looked through Monika's books that she had on the stand next to the bed, and there was one that I didn't like the picture on so I threw it in the garbage can.

Happy Kitty

Monika walked up and started petting my belly while I was looking out the window today. That always makes me smile.

Human Visitor

Bob's friend Rob came over for a quick visit and while he was here he tried taking a picture of me and Bob playing. He stepped a little too close though, so I ran away.

Wild Visit

Monika looked out the door to see if any of the neighborhood cats was around and found a raccoon eating the cat food that she had put out, so she chased it off with a broom.

New Visitor

There is a new cat that has been coming into our backyard. She has markings similar to mine, but she is a pretty orange-brown instead of gray. Bob and Monika have started calling her Cinnamon. She is not shy like the others, she walks right up to be pet and cuddled by them. Bob says that means she probably has pet humans of her own, but that they let her walk outside without a leash.

Scary Walk

Today when I took Monika for her walk, that little dog across the street ran up and got tangled up in our leash. That scared me because I couldn't get away form him, and he was yelping real loud.

Backyard Fun

Monika took me for a backyard walk today so I could watch Bob making bundles of the branches, and putting weeds and vines in a bag. Now most of the cool hiding places are gone. *pout*

Food Spill / New Features

Bob opened the new bag of cat food to refill our food bin, and when he was pouring it in he missed with some so we all gathered around him and ate it off the floor. I was hoping he'd spill the whole bag. *wink* Bob helped me to add links to my friends blogs, and to join a petblogs web ring. *smiles*

New Toy

Monica and Bob went grocery shopping and they picked up some new feather toys for us. *smiles*

Fresh Air

It's cool out this evening, so Bob and Monika have opened the windows. We're all enjoying the breezes coming through them.

Visitors Return

The momma cat and her kitten are back again and they brought a male siamese mix like my mommy with them. They were all looking in the door watching TV with us. I wonder if the male is the kittens father?

Visitors

Bob brought me to our back door today and the black momma cat and her kitten that looks like a little me were back there. I hope I can meet them someday. That sure is one handsome kitten. *wink*

Catnip Drunk

Our big scratching pad was getting kind of ragged so Bob flipped it in it's box. The bottom of it is full of catnip and I had fun scratching and rolling in it. I got so silly playing in it that I kept falling off the box.

Michief Kitty / Backyard Visitors

Bob has a box with all the boxes for his computer equipment in it behind the desk. I decided I was going to try getting in and play with them, but he told me they were off limits so I left. About 2 minutes later I tried again and he chased me off again, so I guess I better leave them alone. Monika brought me into the back yard today and there was a Mamma cat and her baby there. The kitten looked a lot like me when I was that small, and it's Mamma was mostly black like King Obsidian. We tried to say; "Hello.", but they were shy and ran away.

Sleepy Pet

This morning Bob decided he wanted to sleep in late, but we cats would have none of it. We took turns waking him up until he finally got up and gave us our treats.

Still Sleepy

Monika pulled the rope back out and King Obsidian and I chased it around again last night. I ran around so much I'm still worn out this morning.

Oooopppss!

Bob laid down to take a nap after work today, and when he did I jumped onto the stereo cabinet in the bedroom to look out the window, and accidentally knocked the crystal sculpture that was on it to the floor. Scared the heck out of poor Bob.

Bad Weather Strikes Again

When Bob got home from work, there was a bad thunder storm going on, so he unplugged everything. It finally calmed down, so I got him to plug the computer back up so I could post this.

More Fun / Watching Monika

Monika played chase with me, and spun me around before she went to sleep. I slept real good last night and I bet she did too. *smile* I had fun sitting on the top bunk watching Monika play on her computer. She was talking to people through it and one of them even said; "Hello." to me.

Rope Chase

Monika brought home a length of rope and dragged it around the house for us to chase. King Obsidian and I had a blast, but now we are all worn out.

Obsidian's Bath

King Obsidian got into some dirt this weekend so Monika gave him a bath. He got al kinds of indignant over that.

New Mouse / Mouse Wash

Bob and Monika bought some new small toy mice and they gave me a orange one today. *smile* I decided my new mouse needed a bath so I dropped it into the tub with the dishes.

Catnip Fun & Folly

Monika put some catnip on the coffee table and we all were having fun playing in it. Later on I climbed and started rolling around in it some more. I got so into rolling around in it that I knocked some DVD's off the table and the noise scared King Obsidian and me out of the room.

Sleepy

I was watching a movie with Bob and Monika, but I lost interest and fell asleep. It was nice sleeping stretched out next to Bob though.
